Bill Gould
Head Coach- Emerson College

Emerson College head coach Bill Gould has been working with post players at the college level for 18 years. He has been running a Post Player’s Camp for high school players for over twelve years with numerous camp participants going on to receive Division I and II scholarships, including recent WNBA draft pick Carolyn Swords. In his 4th year, Gould has led Emerson to its best season ever and was named GNAC Coach of the Year. Prior to Emerson, Gould coached at Bentley, Stonehill - helping them to a DII Final Four and coaching 2 posts who combined to score almost 4,000 points, and spent eight seasons at Boston College. In Coach Gould’s tenure with BC, the Eagles were consistently ranked in the Top 20, went to two Sweet 16’s and won a Big East Championship; he also helped 9 different posts achieve numerous All-Conference and All-American status. Gould has coached many players who have gone on to play professionally including two in the WNBA.

Dan Hunt
Asst. Coach- Bentley University

Dan Hunt is currently an assistant at Bentley, a Division II Elite Eight representative this past season. During his 12 years in college basketball, he has helped his players reach their all-conference teams 33 times. Within this group, he has coached 10 different post players who have accounted for 13 selections, and two of whom were chosen as members of this year’s Division II All-Freshmen Team that consisted of five players from around the country. Dan has been a head coach at Lasell College and Lesley University, where he established a program record for wins. Dan also served as an assistant coach at Northeastern for three years. While at Northeastern, he helped develop post player Francesca Vanin, who went on to success while playing professionally in Italy. Prior to coaching, Dan was a professional player in Norway, and a three-time all conference selection at Bridgewater State, where he is still the school’s fifth leading all-time scorer.
